We are not a lender ourselves.
We are a loan broker. Many lenders come to us in order to advise their
products to the public, and to utilize our knowledge and expertise
in order to inform potential clients of the best solutions for them.
We are highly regarded and thoroughly respected in the loan industry
as a distributor of quality advice and information, and this allows
us direct contact with the biggest lenders and the ability to negotiate
for the best deals.
Many
of the lenders we use deal directly with the public. Potential borrowers
call up the lenders and are told what type of loans they may apply
for and are then left to make the decision. Lenders generally devote
their time and resources to managing and collecting loans as opposed
to actually helping potential clients to select an appropriate loan.
They are also obviously only going to recommend their own products
as no company would admit that their products and deals are actually
not suitable, while recommending that ABC Lenders across town may
be able to help. Unless the company is genuinely unable to offer
the right product they will try their best to adapt an existing
service or simply reject the client outright.
Lenders
need their business, and in order to maintain their market share
it is imperative that they do not allow competitors and rivals to
overtake them. We, however, deal effectively with each of these
companies. We have no products or deals of our own to sell, meaning
that our one commitment is to finding the best deal for the customer.
